HOLIDAY SEASONAL DELAYS*
We do our very best to accommodate orders through the holiday season however, deliveries can be delayed owing to shipping carrier and courier volumes so please allow for a local delivery range of up to 4 business days. Should your order be date specific such as for a special event like a birthday, new baby, get well, anniversary, sympathy, etc., we ask that you contact us by phone at (306) 664-3618 (Saskatoon) and (306) 757-2111 (Regina), prior to ordering, to determine if delivery is possible for your required date.
COVID & RSV VIRUS DELIVERY PROCEDURES
Deliveries to businesses and residences will continue with prior assurance someone will be there to receive, at an agreed time, so placement of their gift can be made at their front door, or designated place, for their retrieval without coming into contact with our couriers. Deliveries to hospitals, care facilities and enhanced living residences, can only be made with the facility's prior agreement and instructions.

Carrier shipping delays prevent us from assuring precise arrival times. (Delays a factor of destination size and location. Fuel surcharges may apply)
Purchasers are encouraged to contact us in advance of ordering to confirm
if delivery service is available on any given holiday, weekend or holiday weekend. As buildings are of a fixed location and individuals are mobile,
deliveries are to the address provided by the sender and not necessarily
to the intended individual, organization and/or business enterprise.
Advance communication with the recipent to assure that they are able to
receive the delivery is not customarily made unless the recipient is in
premises necessitating that the recipient authorize access to the
premises upon arrival of the delivery. Changes to a delivery address
received during and/or after a failed delivery, may be subject to an
additional delivery charge equivalent to the charges as applied for the
initial delivery. Should no one be at the premises to facilitate delivery completion, in an effort to minimize additional re-delivery charges, the
delivery may be left with neighbouring premises should they be
receptive.
*Owing to inventory fluctuations, on occasion, deliveries for Regina
may be shipped from Saskatoon or vice versa, and in such circumstances, charges for shipping to either city will be the same as the local delivery charge.
**Delivery surcharges for Saturdays & Sundays (holidays not included)
and the cost differential between local & surrounding delivery charges,
will be added to local weekday rate when processing your payment.
***Shipping costs include shipping preparations, packaging delivery
to local departure depot and their carrier's freight charges. Rates will vary
depending upon container size and weight. Any additional shipping
charges resulting will be added when processing your payment.
